How Implemented
· Corresponds with the interaction types used by BVPI 157.
· Can be used for populating the e-GMS 'subject.interaction' element
- Can be used in conjunction with LGSL (and optionally LGChL) to tag services performed and so gather metrics (eg on providing information on recycling and on actual recycling)
Benefits
- Can be used to support BVPI157 reporting (no longer required by central government)
- Can be used to analyse costs and volumes and compare these with inofrmation from other agencies
