How Implemented
Data coming from contact centres, other departments and web sites is tagged against LGChL to indicate the channel through which a service was delivered.
Information resources relevant to a specific channel are cross-referenced against that LGChL channel in information retrieval systems.
Benefits
· Supports classification of processes by available channels
· When combined with the LGSL, LGIL and statistics allows for channel migration monitoring
