How Implemented

A records management system is configured with a structure mataching LGCS, subject to some local variations.

Reords are classified according to LGCS with correspopnding guidance used for their retention and data protection.

Subject classifications are selected by manual or automated means from terms that are mapped to IPSV from each LGCS classification.

Cross-references from LGSL indicate where records pertaining to each service are located.
